The Phoenix Personal Care Facility

Cassidy Road - Thomasville, GA The Phoenix is a 16,200 sf drug treatment facility built by The Woodlands of Thomas County is currently being redeveloped as a “Live, Work and Play” community in Thomasville, Georgia. Weckwert Commercial has provided design, consulting and construction management services to eliminate the boiler/chiller systems and installation of 600+ tons of new Trane package units varying in sizes of 5-to-30-ton units. Multifamily unit project consists of 288 apartments and 108 condominiums 1999 and completed in 2000.  It currently serves the community as a crisis center.
