Weckwert Commercial former office was designed by the collaborative efforts of E Karl Weckwert, Drew Eason, John Bridges, and Allen Shumake, Jr in 1997.  Weckwert Commercial completed construction in 1997 and occupied the 2nd floor offices.  Rose City Realty leased the 1st floor followed by Renaissance Realty and other various tenants over a span of 27 years.  The office was sold in 2024 and Weckwert Commercial relocated to The Woodlands of Thomas County (formerly Southwestern State Hospital).
